Morabito Properties has recently acquired a 14,000-square-foot building for .6 million to convert it into nearly 50,000 square feet of creative office space for Phase II of their Wyncatcher office development project. This Phase II project is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2026.
Phase I of the Wyncatcher project, totaling 38,400 square feet, was finished in Q4 of 2023 and is currently fully leased to Knotel, a flexible workspace provider. It boasts a two-story industrial-style building with restaurant space and a rooftop terrace. Phase II will feature a three-story office building with amenities such as an open-air covered car park and a private garden. The development is located at 2143 Northwest 1 Avenue and 2150 Northwest Miami Court and will be designed by Arquitectónica.
To fund the construction of Phase II and pay off the existing construction loan for Phase I, BridgeInvest has provided a floating-rate loan of million. Securing this financing on behalf of Morabito Properties are Berkadia’s Scott Wadler and Michael Basinski Miami.
The expansion of the Wyncatcher office development signifies a growing trend in the demand for creative and flexible office spaces in the Miami area, offering businesses a modern and innovative workspace solution.
