The3rdBevCo, Inc. announced today that Tom Cardella, former President and CEO of Tenth and Blake Beer Company (a division of MillerCoors), has joined The3rdBevco and will serve as an advisor.
Mr. Cardella is the founder of Cardella & Associates LLC and is an all-around beverage industry expert. Prior to founding Cardella & Associates in February 2015, he was the President and CEO of Tenth and Blake Beer Company, a division of MillerCoors, from June 2010 to January 2015. He also served as President of the Eastern Division for MillerCoors from June 2008 to June 2010, where he was responsible for all commercial operations in the eastern half of the United States.
Thomas spent nearly a decade at InBev where he held several senior-level positions, including U.S. Vice President of Sales from September 2004 through August 2005, CEO of Beck’s North America from June 2003 through August 2004, Vice President of Strategy for FEMSA Cerveza in Monterey, Mexico (joint venture of InBev/Femsa) from January 2001 through May 2003, and Vice President of Marketing at Labatt USA from January 1996 through December 2000.
Thomas has served on the Board of Directors of the Green Bay Packers since July 2010 and was Chairman of the Green Bay Packer Foundation from July 2020 to July 2022, where he is still a Board Member. He also served on the board of the United Way of Greater Milwaukee and the Marcus Center for Performing Arts. He was on the Board of Directors for the North American Brewing Company (parent company is FIFCO, San Jose, Costa Rica) from 2016 to 2019.
