Vallist, a leading global flexible white label workspace management platform has entered the US market with an agreement to manage and operate one of NYC’s most coveted commercial office space locations at 54 West 40th Street in the heart of Bryant Park. The iconic building, operating as Upperhaus, is a partnership with NYC owner Allied Partners and will open its doors on April 17, 2023.
