Corrections and Complaints

Last updated 20 October 2026

The Jeuns welcomes reports of factual errors, misleading presentation, attribution issues, privacy concerns and other substantive complaints.

Submitting a concern

Please use the Contact page and include the article title and URL, the specific material concerned, an explanation of the issue, supporting evidence or reliable source links, your contact details and the action you are requesting. Avoid providing unnecessary sensitive information.

Review process

We assess concerns against the available evidence, the nature of the material and applicable obligations. We may request clarification or consult the relevant source, issuer or content provider. A complaint does not automatically establish an error or require removal.

Corrections and updates

Where a material factual error is established, the appropriate action may include a correction, clarification, editor’s note or removal. Significant factual corrections should be identified on the affected article. Minor spelling, grammar or formatting changes may be made without a separate notice. New developments may be added as updates rather than corrections.

Responses from affected parties

People or organisations materially affected by coverage may submit a relevant response and supporting evidence. We will consider whether a response, quotation, update or other action is appropriate, subject to applicable rights. Disagreement with an opinion does not, by itself, establish a factual error.

Supplied material

For press releases and syndicated content, we may consult the original supplier while reviewing a concern. This does not prevent appropriate action on the version published by The Jeuns.
