Editorial and AI Policy
Last updated 20 October 2026
The Jeuns publishes original reporting, commentary, analysis, opinion, source-based articles and authorised third-party content. Our aim is to add useful context, explanations, connections and different perspectives.
Sources and original contribution
Articles may draw on public documents, research, announcements, interviews, social media and reporting by other publications. We seek to identify material sources and distinguish established facts from allegations, opinions and uncertainty. Source-based articles should add original editorial value. Attribution does not replace permission where permission is required.
Verification
Our editorial standard is to check material factual claims against appropriate sources, with particular care for sensitive information and allegations. AI responses, social media posts and press releases are not independent verification. We do not knowingly fabricate quotations, sources, interviews or eyewitness accounts.
Use of artificial intelligence
We may publish AI-generated or AI-assisted content. Tools may support research organisation, summaries, drafting, rewriting, translation, editing, headlines and visual production. Outputs can contain errors or bias. Human review and verification should reflect the subject and risk; content is not described as human-reviewed unless that review occurred. AI use is disclosed where legally required or necessary to avoid misleading readers.
Images
Visuals may include photography, licensed stock, supplied media, illustrations and AI-generated images. Generated or materially altered visuals must not be presented as documentary evidence of an actual event. Realistic synthetic visuals should be identified as illustrations where readers could otherwise mistake them for genuine photography.
Press releases and commercial content
The Jeuns is authorised to republish PRWire content within the applicable permission. Supplied claims are not necessarily independently verified. Press releases, sponsored placements and material commercial relationships should be clearly identified.
